When booking, you can choose between the following options:
- Grand Canyon West ticket + Skywalk: includes the shuttle bus, which will allow you to travel comfortably from the Grand Canyon West Visitor Centre to Eagle Point and Guano Point, and access to the viewpoints. Plus, you'll have access to the Skywalk viewpoint, a glass-floored walkway hanging over the canyon rim. The transparent floor will make you float at an altitude of 1,300 m (4,265 ft).
- Grand Canyon West ticket + Skywalk + Lunch: if you opt for this option, in addition to all of the above, you'll enjoy a delicious typical Hualapai lunch. You can enjoy the menu at the Hualapai Ranch (which you'll have to go to on your own) or at the Guano Point restaurant, which is our recommendation, as the views from this place are amazing. The meal consists of a beef or chicken dish accompanied by corn on the cob, bread and a drink.
Also, one of the perks is that Grand Canyon West is located just 200 km (124 miles) from downtown Las Vegas, unlike Grand Canyon South, which is more than a 4-hour drive from Sin City.
Opening Hours
Grand Canyon West is open daily between 8 am and sunset, which varies depending on the time of year. The shuttle buses run every 5 to 8 minutes.
For the helicopter ride, you must arrive 30 minutes before the departure from the Grand Canyon West terminal.
