El tour está muy bien, el guía se esmera y es atento a la hora de explicarte todas las características de la plaza. El único inconveniente es que Civitatis no pone correctamemente la dirección de encuentro del tour, por lo que nos perdimos 15 minutos del mismo. El recorrido es sencillo y rápido con audio guia que no es muy novedosa en si unformacion es mejor un guia personal,al inicio me generaba conflicto si el pdf que me mandaron a mi correo era mi boleto o no,y así es el código QR del pdf es tu boleto lo escanean y entras,la plaza es impresionante, aunque tenía espectativas mas altas de las Ventas, lo que se me hizo padre es que por tiempo llegue 2 horas antes a mi cita y la persona de la entrada me dejo entrar sin problema
