En el primer Bus excelente pero en el segundo la guía jamás le vimos la cara no se detuvo en las paradas. Y cuando por fin bajamos en plaza callao ya paso la hora de nuestros Tkts y nos hicieron el favor de dejarnos en una parada más y tube qué pagar un taxi hasta mi hotel cuando uno compra le tienen que dejar en claro que su boleto tiene un tiempo determinado así uno toma el bus más temprano y puede bajar en las paradas para hacerse fotos

The first bus was excellent, but the second time we never saw the guide's face, she didn't stop at the stops. And when we finally got off at Plaza Callao, our Tkts time had already passed and they did us the favor of leaving us at one more stop and I had to pay for a taxi to my hotel. una hora antes fuimos a informarnos donde se cogía y las palabras del chico “es en este punto, con que vengáis 15 min antes vale” fuimos 25 minutos antes ya que íbamos con una persona mayor y quería subir a la parte de arriba, por no hacer esperar a la gente. Llega el autobús y se posiciona en otro lugar, con 18/20 personas esperando donde el chico indicó, cuando me di cuenta se cogía en otro sitio y nadie nos informó, a lo que me quejé y la respuesta “no siempre sale bien” , fatal organización

Puede que sea algo muy personal, pero para mi era muy poco informativo, muy superficial: Me hubiera esperado información más detallada y profunda. O sea no solo 'a la derecha el famoso parque Retiro, hotel Riu etc' si no información como por ejemplo: por qué es famoso? Desde cuándo existe, quién lo construyó, quién va etc. Sé que no es fácil, sobre todo al hacerlo bilingüe, pero algo más me hubiera esperado.

El tour en autobús fue con muy poca información , era casi mencionar el lugar pero no había mayor historia o datos sobre lo que se veía. Pobre en relación al que tuvimos caminando esa misma mañana y que estaba lleno de info, historias, datos curiosos , humor y que realizamos con la misma compañía pero con otro guía.

Me resultó difícil la comunicación. Fue confuso el inicio porque pregunté en el puesto de información y en el de Turismo y en ninguno de los dos supieron orientatme y en el puesto amarillo se mostraron poco colaborativos. El tour en sí debería mejorar, el recorrido está ok, pero los datos son escasos. Además, es más caro si se contrata a través de civitatis.

Mucho calor arriba y abajo, explicación velocísima mezclando ingles y español y a veces inenteligible, y lo peor, una extensa explicación del mundo del toreo, qué pena dedicar tanto tiempo a un entretenimiento tan cruel contra los animales en una ciudad como Madrid que tiene mucho que contar. Nada satisfechos.
