- Monday to Saturday: from 9 am to 6:30 pm with final admission at 6:30 pm
- Sundays and holidays: from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm with final admission at 6 pm
- December 1 and 25: closed 9:30 am to 10:45 am

Due to organizational reasons, the schedule may vary:
- Friday, April 10: opening times will be 9 am to 3:30 pm
- Tuesday, April 21: opening times will be 9 am to 4 pm
- Match days: the tour can run up to 5.5 hours before the match starts

- Match days and the day before match day: the changing rooms and the dugouts will be closed. The Realmadrid Games area will also not be available on match days.
- Variable route: due to ongoing renovation works and events, the club reserves the right to modify the tour route and schedule.
- Ticket policy: once confirmed, your tickets cannot be changed, modified, or refunded.
