Bodegas Quitapenas Winery Tour
Tour Details
If you're looking to enjoy a unique and flavorful experience in the heart of Costa del Sol, we’ll meet at the entrance of Bodegas Quitapenas, one of Málaga’s most historic wineries. With over five generations of tradition, it's the perfect place to dive into the region’s wine culture.
We’ll begin our guided visit with a journey back in time, exploring the origins of Málaga wines and the story behind this centenary winery. Inside the Vineyard Hall and the Ageing Room, we'll learn how winemaking techniques have evolved over the years. As we go, you'll see antique tools and vintage photographs that capture the spirit and legacy of Quitapenas over its 140+ years.
To round off the experience, you’ll enjoy a tasting of three wines, each with Denomination of Origin Málaga and Sierras de Málaga. Your wine will be paired with a tapa of cured cheese or Iberian ham, depending on your selection during booking.
After about 1 to 1.5 hours of discovery and indulgence, we’ll wrap up the visit, leaving you with a deeper appreciation of Málaga’s winemaking heritage and a great taste in your mouth!
