Historic Ciutadella, El Toro Mountain, picturesque Binibeca Vell and more... The magic of Menorca awaits you on this day trip to the Balearic Island from Mallorca.
Menorca Day Trip Itinerary
On the morning of your tour, you'll be picked up from your hotel and taken to Alcudia Port, where you'll climb aboard a boat and set sail for the cruise across to Menorca. Once you've docked, you'll hop onto your comfortable air-conditioned tour bus and begin your guided tour of the Balearic island.
The first stop on your panoramic island tour will be the town of Ciutadella, where you'll enjoy a stroll around its cobbled Medieval streets admiring golden-stone buildings. You'll feel as though you've stepped back in time as you absorb the atmosphere of the island's former capital, which dates back to the 4th century.
Leaving Ciutadella behind, you'll continue your tour to Binibequer Vell, or Binibeca Vell, a tiny village that happens to be the most photographed town in all of Menorca. You'll soon discover why, as you find yourself surrounded by the charming whitewashed houses of the historic fishing port.
You'll then be taken inland, towards the highest point on Menorca: El Toro is located 1,122 feet above sea level (342 metres), and from its lofty heights you'll enjoy spectacular panoramic views over the coast and surrounding area.
Finally, you'll visit Maó, also called Mahón, the current capital of Menorca. Here, you'll be taken to one of the city's best viewpoints, giving you incomparable views over the port area, which is one of the largest natural harbours in the world.
At the end of a full day of sightseeing, you'll return to the boat for the relaxing two-hour cruise on the Mediterranean to head back to Mallorca. Arriving in Port d'Alcudia, you'll be dropped back off at your hotel.
During the months of July and August, the visit to Mahón will be substituted with a visit to Punta Prima, where you'll have free time to relax and swim at the beach.
