Mexico City Cantina Visit + Wrestling Show
Activity Details
Are you ready to experience culture, tradition and fun with one of Mexico's most iconic shows? At the indicated time, we'll meet at Hostal Amigo in Mexico City and kick off a tour that has it all.
To kick off the experience, we'll head to a local cantina to learn about and taste two of Mexico's most famous drinks: tequila and mezcal. With these drinks, we'll start to delve into the art of Mexican wrestling. The guide will tell us different stories and fun facts about its origins and how it has influenced popular culture.
Afterwards, we'll take a walking tour through the historic centre of Mexico City, stopping at various wrestling shops and traditional cantinas and taquerias. Can you resist trying some of the local delicacies? We bet you can't!
Lastly, we'll head to the Arena Mexico or the Arena Coliseo, depending on the day of the tour. Here, we'll enjoy an exciting Mexican wrestling show. During the fight, which is a mixture of sport and performance, we'll see two masked contenders fight it out for the final victory in a vibrant duel.
Finally, between 4 and 4.5 hours later, we'll conclude this special evening at the exit of the arena.
