Tour of Mexico City's San Ángel Neighborhood
Tour Highlights
At the scheduled time, we'll gather at Mercado del Carmen to embark on a captivating journey through the enchanting San Angel neighborhood, located in the southern part of Mexico City—a place that will captivate you from start to finish.
Hop on board an eco-friendly electric minibus as we kick off our exploration. Our first stop is the Pineda Covalin store, offering insight into the significant role of silk scarves—a symbol of the San Angel neighborhood. From there, we'll proceed to Plaza de los Arcángeles, where you can embrace the direct connection with nature by hugging a tree.
Next, we'll pass by the Bishop's House of Madrid and the Church of San Jacinto, a place that invites relaxation thanks to its gardens.
Afterwards, we'll head to Villa San Jacinto Square, adorned with plants from different parts of the world, where we'll enjoy a delicious ice cream tasting. After this sweet stop, we'll head to Arcángeles Square, a relaxing place full of leafy fruit trees.
As we continue, we'll walk through the Plaza de los Licenciados, where we'll delve into the legend of the Dominican monk. Finally, we'll stop in front of the Casa Blanca to hear the story of Doña Guionar and Don Lope, two characters that many claim to see in the cobbled streets of San Ángel. Could it be true?
Finally, after 4 hours, we'll conclude our tour of the San Ángel neighbourhood, returning to the starting point, where we'll finish with a refreshing drink.
