At the agreed meeting point, an Indian host family will welcome you into their home.
To begin, you will have a small introduction to Indian gastronomy. You will learn about their traditional dishes, how they cook them, what the basic ingredients are, and some fascinating facts and anecdotes about their recipes.
Then, the host family will help you to prepare the dishes that you will savor together later - tandoori vegetables, chole bhature, and the famous dal makhana with rumali roti made from lentils and beans marinated in butter.
