    The leader was very well informed and a good communicator, his background was an art historian and he therefore mainly covered the famous artists who lived in Montmarte. However he did not neglect other areas of popular culture and history.He really had some fascinating stories culminating with the background to the Sacre Couer. Highly recommended. The walk is not very far and up gentle slopes until Sacre Couer, with occasional opportunities to sit down.
