We'll start the visit at the entrance to Oinoe La Città del Vino, where our guide will be waiting to accompany us throughout the experience. Let's go!

The tour begins with a stroll through the vineyards on the hills of Parma, where we'll learn the secrets of winemaking and the sustainable grape-growing practices used at this winery.

After walking among the vines, we'll enter the heart of the winery to discover the rest of the wine production process. Here, we'll see the meticulous care taken in hand-selecting and harvesting the grapes, pressing and fermenting in stainless steel tanks—a perfect blend of tradition and modern technology!

To conclude, we'll put our newfound knowledge into practice with a wine tasting. During the tasting, we'll sample four wines from the Colli di Parma DOC range, each with its own unique character and flavor. These are their flagship products! During the tasting, the guide will share the story behind each wine:

• Sabitu: a sparkling wine made from 100% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica grapes
• Rea: a white wine made from the same aromatic grape
• Méstor: a red made from 100% Lambrusco Maestri
• Rosso Parma: a balanced red wine made with 75% Barbera and 25% Bonarda grapes.

To make the experience even more enjoyable, the tasting will be accompanied by a selection of cured meats and Parmigiano-Reggiano, carefully chosen to complement the flavors of the wines. The perfect ending to an unforgettable day!
