We show you the latest reviews from customers who have booked with Civitatis. All reviews are from customers who have booked and travelled with us. When a traveler completes an activity, we send them an email for them to rate the service. In this way, we can improve the quality we offer. Our own opinions, which are the most valuable to know what to expect from each service, we also receive reviews on external websites such as eKomi or Trustpilot. On these sites, anyone can give their opinion, whether they have traveled or not, and the comments are usually more generic, for example, about customer service.
The day tour was excellent! Diana was wonderful, very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. The lunch at the winery, however, was disappointing. It was very basic: just pasta with a small serving of Bolognese sauce. I also didn’t appreciate that the sommelier who presented the wines spoke negatively about other wine brands.
I would still recommend taking the tour, but I would suggest skipping the winery lunch and instead having a meal at the next stop, San Gimignano.
