Poquísima información turística; el lugar hermoso. Hubo un error en la información de la agencia y se equivocaron de hotel de recogida…por lo que abordamos al final, pero el problema fue que los últimos asientos eran horribles, incómodos y sin ventanas. Caso aparte, el chofer súper temerario e imprudente en el manejo; un par de pasajeros tuvieron que llamarle la atención. De todas maneras fue un buen paseo y vale la pena.

La excursion estuvo bien, pero la coordinaciòn para la recogida muy mala, nos informaron via wasap que debiamos ir a un punto de encuentro en hotel en Copacaban Augusto Rio Copa, para ello tuvimos que ir en taxi, luego de recogernos el guia fue a buscar otros pasajeros al hotel donde alojabamos. Perdimos tiempo y dinero. La comunicaciòn con la empresa de turismo es atraves de chat lo que la hace inpersonal y da para cometer estos errores

El recorrido se hizo corto, lamentablemente pasamos por un embotellamiento de 3 horas llegando a Niteroi por lo que en vez de llegar a las 10 am a Buzios, llegamos a las 14 hs. Tuvimos que almorzar rápido. El buffete es bueno. El paseo en barco se hizo corto porque ya estaba por bajar el sol. El lugar es muy lindo, el paseo en bote y el recorrer la ciudad también es algo que vale la pena si vienes a Brasil, el recorrido es largo tardamos más de 3 horas en ir y regresar, el guía no explicó casi nada del lugar, la comida a donde te llevan es buena, solo te piden pagar refresco y postres extras, en el barco también te venden bebidas y comida bastante buena. No pasaron por nosotros a la hora indicada, tuve que enviar correo para que No se olviden de nosotros (2 adultos y 1 niño) y me enviaron un carro aparte para que les demos el alcance en Buzios al carro que nos había dejado. El señor que nos llevó nos preguntó si podíamos pagar el peaje "20 reales" (whattt!!!) obvio que no le dimos. Ya una vez que llegamos, todo bien y la comida si nos llevaron a un buen buffet

Todo perfecto tenía algunas dudas por los comentarios anteriores pero enverdad el viaje es 5 estrellas el guía Ricardo siempre estuvo preocupado el viaje en bote hermoso recomendado pagar un poco para los snorkel después el almuerzo de maravilla y la vuelta tranquila con parada para poder estirar los pies yaque es un viaje de 3 horas pero no se hace nada muchas gracias por todo.

Búzios es encantador, pero la excursión fue un desastre. La Marina ya había anunciado la suspensión de paseos en barco hace tiempo, y nosotros lo supimos 30 min antes de llegar. Entendemos la fuerza mayor, pero no hubo compensación: la guía solo ofreció “más tiempo libre” y rechazó alternativas que dimos todo el grupo, como ir a una playa. Realmente el tour estuvo normal como lo habían indicado , pero por motivos climáticos no se puedo realizar la actividad en lancha ni barco , creo que deberíamos tener un reembolso pues se había pagado y no se utilizo el precio son 20 dolares por persona. Realmente no quedamos a gusto.
