    Very good, it's a shame it's not the right season to see someone harvesting cork firsthand, and it's a shame there aren't any tours in French. I didn't understand everything!

    Excellent! The problem is that our visit was scheduled for January 20th, but it was closed on Tuesday. We had rented a car. The actual visit took place today, January 22nd, so it cost us two rentals to get to the factory, which is 22 km from Faro. Can we get a refund for the cost of the visit, which is 33 euros? This won't cover the cost of the car rental and gas, but it will be considered compensation.
