What can I say other than thank you very much. We loved the guided tour with the third generation of the Joselin family, and the tasting with the second generation of Joselin. Everything was impressive, my friend and I found the production process very interesting, and how the recipe has evolved over the years to be a protected designation. We finished the visit by shopping, as it could not be otherwise. And they also have gluten-free Quesada Pasiega. Great!
