Tropea Night Tour
At 7 pm, we'll meet at Piazza del Cannone to begin a walking tour of Tropea's old town. Along the way, we'll admire the facades of the must-see buildings of this town as the sun begins to set on the horizon.
First, we'll start off this night tour of Tropea with the legend of the foundation of this city - it's said to have been Hercules himself. The street lamps will light our way through the narrow streets of this town, and we'll admire palaces from the 17th and 18th centuries and several churches presenting very different architectural styles.
We'll continue to reveal more interesting facts of Tropea's past and learn its most popular traditions until we reach the famous cliffs in this town that offer the most incredible view of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Calabrian coast. We'll look a little for the perfect place to toast with a glass of wine as we enjoy the magical sunset. The drink will be accompanied by a small aperitif.
Lastly, we'll head back to the starting point, ending the night tour of Tropea at 8:30 pm.
