Fue bien en general. Un par de cosas a considerar: 1. Las plazas traseras del vehículo que nos tocó no eran adecuadas para adultos de cierta estatura (cierto que solo te toca un día, porque se rota). 2. El alojamiento de la segunda noche es excesivamente frío. Imposible conciliar el sueño con 2 grados en el interior de la habitación. Por lo demás, el alojamiento es sencillo pero suficiente. All in all it was a beautiful trip in a fantastic landscape, and the driver/ guide was good. However, the company did not perform well, and I’ll mention a few things. We were not picked up by a car, and the office isn’t that close. We had to wait abt. 5 hours before the trip started. The last night in S. Marcelo was freezing cold with no light. Returning, our luggage was left in a different place than us….. they didn’t want to say where. We feel lucky we got it back.

Terrificante. Tralasciando che civitatis mi ha accreditato il doppio del prezzo rispetto quanto previsto nel loro sito e non vogliono rimborsarmi...il tour dei 2 giorni è organizzato malissimo. Ritardi, incompetenza, l'alloggio che ti rifilano è il peggiore ostello della città di uyuni (confermato anche dai locali). Nessuna organizzazione per il secondo giorno di tour, nessuna spiegazione, auto 4x4 al limite dell'accettazione con finestrini rotti etc.Le terme dove ti portano sono inutilizzabili

Terrifying. Setting aside that the agency charged me double the price compared to what was stated on their website and they don’t want to refund me... the 2-day tour is organized terribly. Delays, incompetence, the accommodation they provide is the worst hostel in the city of Uyuni (confirmed by locals as well). No organization for the second day of the tour, no explanation, the 4x4 is barely acceptable with broken windows, etc. The hot springs they take you to are unusable.

Los hospedajes excesivamente fríos, de fríos a heladores, en el primero pedimos una estufa como decía en el voucher y nos dijeron que no existían. En el recorrido del último día en vez de ver la laguna verde como salía en el itinerario empleamos ese tiempo en llevar a 2 turistas a la frontera con Chile. Por lo demás Reynaldo el guía fue un muy buen guia

Honestamente fue un gran tour, tuvimos marvillosas vistas, muy completo y en terminos generales todos se portaron muy bien con nosotros y comparando con otros tours que veiamos, era lo más completo que hay. Pero los hoteles que nos hospedamos dejaron mucho que desear, no nos daban agua potable en las mañanas, toda la comida era muy limitada, el sleeping ag te lo cobran por aparte y estas son cosas que no te dicen y no te puedes preparar desde antes. Gran experiencia, no solo por los paisajes sino por el guía Isaac.Aun así, cosas que Civitatis debería revisar urgentemente: - Coste de la actividad elevadísimo, teniendo en cuenta que se duerme en chabolas sin agua caliente y ningún tipo de servicio. Los locales nos comentaron que el coste de ese hospedaje es mínimo (Civitatis debe sacar un buen margen aquí) - No tendrás ni agua caliente (a no ser que pagues extra) ni calefacción. -Tuvimos que pagar todos los lavabos durante los 3 días.

L’esperienza di per se è stupenda, però abbiamo riscontrato alcune difformità rispetto alla prenotazione. Il tour operator che c’era sulla prenotazione non era lo stesso con il quale abbiamo fatto il tour, come se fosse stato subappaltato. La guida Jose è stata lo stesso fantastica. Negli ostelli che abbiamo dormito non c’era il riscaldamento per nulla e non eravamo stati avvisati di ciò. Il prezzo che si paga non è corretto rispetto a cosa ti viene offerto

El precio q de Civitatis es casi el doble que lo pagas al proveedor local. Creo que es un beneficio abusivo. El tour de 3 dias, realmente es de 2, el 3 día solo es retorno y noves nada. Es un tour muy pesado de vehículo, casi siempre por caminos de tierra. El tercer día, Felix, el conductor, me obligó a ir a la frontera a dejar pasajeros para Chile, 2h de conducción, podía haberme quedado en el hotel en la sauna sin embargo fui y regrese al mismo punto. El conductor no explica nada.

The 3-day tour is really only 2 days; the 3rd day is just the return trip and you don't see anything. It's a very long, winding tour, almost always on dirt roads. Tour lleno de incumplimientos. La agencia indicada en Civitatis (Parina de Sal) no operó el tour: lo tercerizaron a otras dos (Salarmanta Tours y Sol Andino). Información clave omitida, vehículos angostos sin cinturones, grupos masivos, comida de pésima calidad que enfermó a varios, alojamientos deplorables sin lo contratado (ni calefacción ni toallas o papel higiénico). Solo la guía y choferes fueron profesionales. Cero transparencia y nulo respeto al viajero.

A tour riddled with non-compliance. The agency listed on Civitatis (Parina de Sal) didn't operate the tour: they outsourced it to two other agencies (Salarmanta Tours and Sol Andino).
