Cooking Class Options
During the booking process, you can choose between two options. Both begin at Via Teatro Ristori, number 7, in the center of Verona, and include an English-speaking chef, ingredients and materials necessary for the class, and tastings of the food we cook.

Gelato-Making Class (2 Hours)
Ready to discover the secrets of Italian gelato? You're in the best place to become an expert! Once we're all gathered, we'll start this cooking class where you'll learn the recipe to make delicious gelato, one of the country's star products.
During the class, the expert will show you how to achieve the perfect gelato texture, learning step by step the recipe and the correct way to mix the ingredients to get a perfect freezing technique.
When creating your gelato, you'll have different ingredients, such as chocolate, vanilla, fruit, and amaretto, one of the most typical Italian liquors that is used to make the local cuisine's classic gelato.
Plus, you'll discover the particularities of this Italian dessert, as well as its differences compared to ice creams made in other parts of the world. It'll be a masterclass! Once your creation is made, you'll sit down at the table and enjoy tasting your gelato.
2 hours later, after the class has ended, we'll give you a recipe book so you can continue cooking this Italian dessert at home.
Italian Cooking Class (3.5 Hours)
If you want to learn the most typical recipes in Italian cuisine, this is your option. Once we're at the workshop, we'll put on our aprons and get to work. You'll prepare fresh pasta, risotto, and a delicious tiramisu!
This cooking class is dedicated to making a complete menu where seasonal ingredients will take center stage. During the workshop, you'll first learn how to make fresh pasta with a typical Italian sauce. Afterward, we'll cook a delicious risotto, a classic recipe that is actually quite simple. To end this cooking experience in Verona on a high note, you'll learn how to prepare the famous tiramisu.
Once everything is ready, it will be time for the best part of this activity: you'll sit down at the table and enjoy the recipes that you have just prepared. Buon appetito!
