Tour Details

Ready to see the Circuito Chico and Cerro Catedral in just one day? After meeting at the designated time at San Martín 398, we'll leave the city of Bariloche behind along the Avenida Exequiel Bustillo. Let's go!

We'll pass through the Melipal neighborhood, on the shores of Nahuel Huapi Lake, and then, we'll reach our first stop: Playa Bonita. Here, in this serene environment, you'll admire Huemul Island while we tell you about its history tied to an old nuclear project.

Afterward, our tour will take us to Serene Bay to ascend on a chairlift to Cerro Campanario. Cameras ready? The scenic views here are beautiful!

Then, we'll go in search of the iconic Llao Llao Hotel, along with Puerto Pañuelo and the San Eduardo Parish, located between Argentino Lake and Nahuel Huapi Lake. From here, we'll start a hike in the Patagonian forest of Llao Llao Municipal Park.

We'll return to the Circuito Chico, and before you know it, you'll see Villa Tacul, Escondido Lake, and Moreno Lake. Of course, we'll stop at the emblematic Panoramic Point of Circuito Chico, a natural balcony where you'll see a picture-perfect scenery of snowy mountains and water. These landscapes look endless!

Next, we'll go on a 30-minute trip to Cerro Catedral, the most famous ski station in South America. Its mountains, which resemble a Gothic cathedral, will greet us. Here, you'll take in the fabulous views of Cerro Tronador and the Volcán Puntiagudo.

The best part? You'll have 4 hours of free time in Cerro Catedral. If you enjoy this activity in winter, during this time, you can practice skiing or snowboarding, or simply enjoy the scenic views from the restaurant terraces. During the rest of the year, we recommend you walk in this environment with views of Nahuel Huapi Lake.

Finally, we'll return to the starting point in Bariloche, where we'll conclude this 9-hour tour.
