At the designated time, we'll meet at the Valle delle Ferle winery, located near Caltagirone. This winery is a haven of peace surrounded by vineyards and nature, perfect to unwind and dive into Sicily's wine tradition.
We'll begin discovering the elaboration process of ecological wine in this winery, committed to sustainable methods and the authenticity of the native Sicilian grape varieties.
Then, we'll visit the facilities, where you'll learn about each stage in the wine process, from the harvest to the bottling. You'll be surprised by everything that goes on behind each glass of wine!
Next, we'll go on a nice stroll around the vineyards surrounding the winery. As you walk among the grapevines, you'll understand how the environment and the island's climate contribute to the balance and harmony that characterizes the wines of Valle delle Ferle.
To complete the experience, we'll enter the tasting area, where you'll try two selected wines from the winery.
