What's Included?

The Florence Duomo is an architectural gem that blends Gothic and Renaissance styles. Its marble facade in shades of white, green, and pink is a masterpiece in its own right and the undisputed symbol of the city!

With this ticket, you'll have 72 hours to explore the Baptistery of San Giovanni and the Museo dell'Opera del Duomo.

Here's what each monument has to offer:

Baptistery of San Giovanni

Did you know that the Baptistery of San Giovanni is one of the oldest monuments in Florence? Inside, you'll be able to admire the details of its stunning vault, decorated with golden mosaics depicting biblical scenes.

On the outside, don't miss the famous Gates of Paradise, crafted by Lorenzo Ghiberti and considered one of the great masterpieces of Renaissance art.

Museo dell'Opera del Duomo

Your ticket also gives you access to the Museo dell'Opera del Duomo, which houses a collection of sculptures and original works that once adorned the Cathedral and its surroundings.

Among its most important pieces are Michelangelo's Bandini Pietà, an unfinished sculpture full of emotion, the original panels of Ghiberti's Gates of Paradise, and works by Donatello, including his moving Mary Magdalene.

Complete Your Visit with the Dome and Campanile
If you'd like, you can round out your visit by adding the dome and campanile. Here's what each one offers:

Brunelleschi's Dome

The breathtaking Brunelleschi's Dome is one of the greatest architectural achievements of the Renaissance. After presenting your ticket, you can climb its 463 steps and admire the frescoes by Giorgio Vasari and Federico Zuccari depicting the Last Judgment along the way.

Once you reach the top, you'll be treated to spectacular views of Florence with its terracotta rooftops, historic churches, and the Arno River. Perfect photo opportunity!

Giotto's Campanile

At 84 meters (276 feet) tall, Giotto's Campanile is one of the most beautiful towers in Italy. Decorated with colorful marble and relief sculptures, the Florence Duomo's bell tower is one of the finest expressions of Florentine Gothic architecture, a work of art in itself!

Ready to climb its 414 steps? From the top of the tower, you'll discover another of the best views of the Tuscan capital, including a unique perspective of Brunelleschi's Dome.
