At the scheduled time, we'll collect you from your hotel in Ljubljana and begin our private trip to Postojna Cave and Prejama Castle. Ready? Let's go!
Firstly, we'll discover Postojna Cave, which is the most visited cave in continental Europe. Its fame is owed to its spectacular stalagmite and stalactite formations and its unrivalled acoustics.
We'll tour around 5 kilometres (3.1 miles) of tunnels, where you'll be amazed by the railway that passes through the cave. Did you know that it was built more than 140 years ago? Impressive!
Afterwards, we'll make our way to Predjama to visit its castle. This fortification is located inside a rock and is famous for its legends of knights. On the inside, we'll see the different rooms, the chapel, the old dungeon, the stables and oil paintings which hang in frames from the walls.
Finally, we'll say our goodbyes back at the starting point after 6 hours together.
