On the morning of your tour, you'll be picked up from your selected meeting point in Lloret de Mar and climb aboard a comfortable air-conditioned bus ready for your tour of the Medieval villages of Catalonia. The first stop on your tour will be Rupit, located in the province of Girona.
After around an hour and a half's drive, you'll arrive in the enchanting Medieval village, where you'll have free time to explore its cobblestone streets and discover the charm hiding around every corner. Don't forget to cross its famous hanging bridge! In Rupit, you'll also enjoy a delicious lunch of typical local delicacies to renew your energy for the next part of your tour.
Having made the most of your time in Rupit, you'll hop back on the bus and head to the next stop on your excursion: the Santuari de la Mare de Déu del Far. This historic church is located at a height of more than 1000 metres (over 3200 feet), and offers incomparable views over the surrounding natural scenery of Girona.
You'll then be taken to Besalú, another Medieval village that has an important history. You'll have time to visit its beautiful sights at your own pace, discovering its 12th century Romanesque bridge; the Miqvé, or Jewish baths; and the church-monastery of Sant Pere.
At the end of your day trip, you'll be taken back to Lloret de Mar and dropped back off at the meeting point at around 7 pm.
