Trapani, Erice & Mozia Day Trip
Tour Details
We'll pick you up at the indicated time at your selected meeting point and, once we're all together, we'll set off on a day trip to Trapani, Erice, and Mozia. Let's go!
First up, we'll visit Trapani where we'll take a 3-hour guided tour of the city. We'll walk through the historic center and discover its most charming squares before passing through the old town, to see important buildings like the Palazzo Senatorio, also known as the Palazzo Cavarretta.
Next, we'll board a cable car that will take us to Erice, a picturesque medieval village perched on a mountain overlooking the Gulf of Trapani. Once here, we'll take a 2-hour guided tour of its beautiful historic center. Plus, we'll also take in the incredible panoramic views of the area.
In Erice, you'll have 2 hours of free time during which you can indulge in the delicious gastronomy of the area. Finally, we'll head towards the third and last stop of our day trip, Mozia, famous for the salt mines and the Salt Museum.
At sunset, we'll savor a typical Sicilian aperitif, consisting of an arancini, a fried and breaded ball of rice and meat, and a soft drink. What more could you ask for?
Then, we'll bring the experience to an end, arriving back at the starting point 11 hours later.
