Melbourne Food Tour
The tour begins with a walk through the famous Queen Victoria Markets, and thank goodness - you'll be needing to work up an appetite before tucking into the main course on this delicious tour! First, you'll explore the 19th-century market, and its importance to the city over the years.
The tour takes place both walking and on iconic Melbourne trams, and you'll sample delicious bagels, burgers and baked goods on a carb-loaded route!
The final stop takes us to the famous Fitzroy neighbourhood, known as the hipster epicentre of the city, where you'll stop at a spot famous for its Philly Cheesesteaks. And while you're delighting your tastebuds with this delicious cheese-and-beef import from the city of brotherly love, you'll hear the story of how the sandwich came about as a happy accident!
With bellies full, the tour then comes to an end at around 2:30 pm (just in time for lunch!).
