At your chosen time, we'll meet at an organic farm in Partinico, located on the Strada Statale. We'll be met with a homely and pleasant atmosphere as we stroll through the wheat fields, vineyards and aromatic plants.
The trails will lead us to the house where the pizza cooking class will take place. Let's learn how to make a delicious traditional Italian dish!
We'll measure out our ingredients, mix them together and start preparing the dough. You'll also need to knead! It'll then be time to add the tomato sauce and cheese, plus any other toppings you fancy. Then, we can put the pizzas in a traditional stone oven and wait for them to cook.
Once the pizzas are ready, we'll sit down to eat our tasty creations. We'll accompany this main course with some typical local appetisers, a glass of white wine and a fruity red wine.
After 2 hours 30 minutes, our activity will finish and we'll say our goodbyes outside the farm.
