The activity was very good, but Civitatis did not deliver, as the boat trip portion did not take place. Therefore, we requested a refund, compensating us for the part of the excursion we had booked but did not take. Furthermore, we were not informed in advance that the boat had been withdrawn from service as of September 1st.
Excellent punctuality, friendliness, and our guide was very attentive to ensure we understood everything, as we are Spanish speakers. Her explanations were very detailed. She was in good spirits throughout.
