Actually, the process worked as designed, but the process was not explained in the paperwork sent to me prior to exiting my ship. It would have been nice to know exactly what to do when exiting the cruise terminal such that I would not have had to call your office to get clarification on what to do. I was expecting the bus to leave from the Cruise terminal, not knowing that you had to meet us at a central location because you were not allowed to pick up clients at the terminal.
