    We had so much fun with Flaminia! The two hours flew by and we learned so much. We did the 10 AM walking tour and explored the forums, around the colosseum, and other hidden gems with beautiful sights. Flaminia was engaging, educational, and took care of all of us! It was one of my favourite parts of our Rome trip. Highly recommend!

Visit the Piazza Navona to see several beautiful fountains, most notably the Fountain of the Four Rivers (La Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi). Then, sit down at one of the many cafés, soak up the square's lively atmosphere, and enjoy the work of the street performers!

Did you know...

The Piazza Navona dates back to 86 AD when it was commissioned by emperor Domitian. The square has an ovular shape as it was originally used as a stadium for athletics competitions. Later, it was used for gladiatorial battles as well as mock naval battles.

During the Christmas season and also over the summer, the square is host to craft markets and stalls of local artists. You'll often find painters with their works on display!
