    Everything was perfect, except they told you the return trip wasn't included. When we arrived, they told us it was, and we had already booked it with our tickets. Everything else was perfect.

    Well organized! They take advantage of transfers, but they're extremely punctual. It doesn't specify (although it's obvious) that the climb to the crater takes approximately 30 minutes. It's recommended to bring water and food if you don't want to eat at a restaurant in Pompeii.
