Horse riding experience in El Cabo de Gata
At 9:30 am we'll meet in San José, a small and beautiful town on the coast of Almeria, we'll specifically gather at the hotel Cortijo el Sotillo. We’ll all introduce ourselves and shortly after, go through some safety rules that you'll have to respect during the horseback riding in Cabo de Gata. Don't worry, if you haven't ridden a horse before we'll help you, it's very easy!
Whilst we prepare to ride through the incredible seafront we'll leave the centre of San José and take the path that leads to the beach of Los Genoveses. A natural paradise awaits us, undoubtedly, one of the most special corners of the Mediterranean. Did you know it has been voted in the top 10 beaches of Spain? Find out why!
Throughout the experience, we'll enjoy the incredible landscapes of the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and its untouched scales of land. We'll visit an old mill dating back to the 19th century, we’ll discover various spots which have been used in famous movie scenes such as Indiana Jones and Lawrence of Arabia. We'll also visit the beach of Monsúl on horseback. Simply breathtaking!
We'll conclude the activity by arriving at the starting point at 11 am.
