Apalta Valley Vineyards Electric Bike Tour

We'll pick you up at 9:45 am at your hotel in Santa Cruz and drive by minibus to the place where we'll start the electric bike tour through the Apalta Valley. This valley, located in the province of Colchagua, is one of the great wine-growing areas of central Chile.

After a brief explanation about the handling of the electric bicycles, we'll start pedalling. On this low-difficulty cycling route, on which we'll cover 2.5 miles (4 kilometres), we'll cross a completely flat terrain among the vineyards of the Apalta Valley. As we'll see, these fields of vines stretch as far as the eye can see.

We'll continue our electric bike tour through a vast landscape of vineyards until we reach the winery Viña RC, where we'll visit its facilities to learn how the famous Colchagua wines are made.

As a finishing touch to this route, at the Viña RC winery, we'll enjoy a tasting of three wines in which we'll taste a white and two reds. As a pairing, we'll enjoy a picnic that includes a cheese board, biscuits and nuts.

Finally, after this snack, we'll take you back to your hotel in Santa Cruz, where we'll arrive at 1 pm.
