El horario no es el que dice la actividad. Pasan por ti a las 5 am, no a las 6. El itinerario fue totalmente diferente y lo que mas visitas, son lugares para comprar cosas donde claramente los guías tienen comisión. No fuimos al Embalse del yeso por la nevada, pero otros guías si llevaban a la gente caminando. No lo recomendaría con esta compañia.

The schedule wasn't as advertised. They pick you up at 5 am, not 6 am. The itinerary was completely different, and most of the visits were to places to buy things where the guides clearly get a commission. We didn't go to Embalse del Yeso because of the snow, but other guides did take people hiking there. I wouldn't recommend this company.

El conductor, Luís, tuvo un acompañamiento excelentel! Muy atento, hizo el viaje ameno priorizando nuestro entretenimiento y bienestar. Respecto a la actividad, no pudimos ir al Embalse del Yeso y solo estuvimos 1h y mesia en la nieve, luego el resto de actividades fueron con fines comerciales. Tampoco participamos de la cata de vinos y quesos que fue mencionada. No hicimos trekking ni recorrimos la zona como nos indicaba la publicidad. En caso de prometer un itinerario, cumplirlo.

Our driver, Luis, was excellent! He was very attentive and made the trip enjoyable, prioritizing our entertainment and well-being. A chuva atrapalhou um pouco e a casa de chocolate não tem local para ficar abrigado da chuva. Não cabia todo mundo do lado de dentro. Guia com um grupo de brasileiros sem falar português. O guia freou a Van muito bruscamente. Isso se repetiu em todo o trajeto de ida e volta.

The rain was a bit of a hassle and the chocolate house doesn't have a place to shelter from the rain. Not everyone could fit inside. Guide with a group of Brazilians without speaking Portuguese. The guide braked the van very abruptly. This happened throughout the entire round trip.

Nos recogen a las 5:30, de allí vamos a un lugar donde podes desayunar y alquilar la ropa. El guía hizo mucho hincapié en que el camino estaba lleno de barro y mucho viento, por eso alquilamos toda la indumentaria. Al realizar la caminata nos dimos cuenta que no era necesario, no había nada de barro y el día, si bien hacía frío, con nuestros abrigos alcanzaba. O principal do passeio foi ótimo, mas foi muito longo com atividades desnecessáriás. . Paramos num local que vendia produtos de leite de cabra, loja de chocolate e por fim um show com dança típica do Chile, fora o café da manhã e o almoço. Enfim, muitas paradas que não tinham a ver com o passeio principal que torna o dia cansativo. Tudo bem que turista passa por essas coisas, mas no final me senti enganada.

The main part of the tour was great, but it was too long with unnecessary activities. We stopped at a place that sold goat milk products, a chocolate shop, and finally a show with typical Chilean dances, besides breakfast and lunch. In short, many stops that had nothing to do with the main tour made the day tiring. It's understandable that tourists go through these things, but in the end I felt cheated.

Estuve con dudas de hacer el tour por los comentarios, y tienen razón la parada de la casa de chocolate está de mas, el restaurante al que te llevan es muy caro y se demoran mucho sirviendo, mal servicio además nos dejaron de últimos pese a llegar de primero y nos cobraron botellas de agua completa cuando nos dieron el agua servida de una vez con cantidades menores y para colmo nos cobraron propina, eso es terrible y la verdad hace menos amena la experiencia

I was hesitant to take the tour because of the reviews, and they're right, the chocolate house stop is unnecessary. The restaurant they take you to is very expensive and the service is very slow. They also left us at the back even though we arrived first, and they charged us for full bottles of water when they only gave us water in smaller portions. To top it all off, they charged us a tip. That's terrible and really makes the experience less enjoyable.

Guia Ivan muito atencioso e passou muitas informações sobre o local, paisagens belíssimas, experiência única e altamente recomendável. Mas gostaria que tivessem avisado sobre o tipo de roupa que devemos levar ou usar no início do passeio, já que é bem frio, pois parece que fazem de propósito para que seja “obrigado” a alugar roupas de neve no caminho, e no final do tour já está muito calor e não servem de mais nada.

Guide Ivan was very attentive and provided a lot of information about the place, beautiful landscapes, a unique and highly recommended experience. But I wish they had warned us about the type of clothing we should bring or wear at the beginning of the tour, since it's quite cold. It seems like they do it on purpose so that you're "forced" to rent snow clothes along the way, and by the end of the tour it's already very hot and they're useless.
