Tenerife Paragliding

What to expect?

Your paragliding experience will take place in Adeje, a town in the south of Tenerife. After getting kitted out with harnesses, helmets and the rest of the equipment you'll need, you'll board a plane alongside your expert instructors, ready to begin an unforgettable journey: flying over Tenerife's beautiful south coast.

Every flight will use a tandem paraglide, which involves one passenger accompanied by their instructor-guide who acts as pilot. While your companion guides the paraglide through the skies over Tenerife, you'll enjoy magnificent panoramic views over the island's coves and beaches. You'll fly over Costa Adeje, Playa de las Americas beach and the town of Los Cristianos. 

What's more, your paraglide has a small camera attached to it and it will be filming throughout your flight. At the end of your paragliding experience, you'll have the opportunity to purchase the video on an SD memory card, so you can remember your "journey through the clouds" forever! Your flight will come to an end landing in a safe area as close as possibly to the original departure point.

Flight options

When making your reservation, you'll have the choice between two options for your paragliding experience:

• Basic flight: lasts 30 minutes.
• Performance flight: lasts 50 minutes.

Do I need previous experience?

You do not need to have any prior knowledge or experience of paragliding to enjoy this activity. Our professional qualified guides will fly with you, acting as a pilot, so you don't need to worry about anything. All you need to do is relax and enjoy the spectacular bird's eye views of Tenerife!

Hotel pick up

This activity includes a pick up and drop off service at the hotels in South Tenerife. If your accommodation is located in Puerto de la Cruz, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, or another area in the north of the island, you must find your own way to the meeting point: the car park of the HiperTrébol Shopping Centre in Calle Charfa, Adeje.

Important information

• There is a maximum weight limit for participants in this activity of 220 pounds / 100 kg.
• People with reduced mobility, wheelchair users and participants with any type of disability can enjoy this activity.
