We'll meet at the main pier of Tortuguero, where we'll board a speedboat to set off to one of the national parks with the most biodiversity in Costa Rica. Let's set sail!
We'll glide along the serene waters of the lagoons of Tortuguero and Penitencia before we move along the winding canals among dense mangroves. Did you know the Tortuguero National Park is one of the most humid natural sites in Costa Rica?
As we share interesting facts about the environment, we'll reach Caño Harold, one of the three busiest waterways in Tortuguero. Listen closely to the guide's instructions because their experience will help you identify the different animal species that live among the mangroves and tropical forest. You'll be amazed!
For 2 hours, you'll be captivated by this speedboat ride with the wide variety of reptiles, birds, mammals, amphibians, and insects that camouflage among the branches.
Lastly, after sailing through the park's main canals, we'll start our journey back as we see the Costa Rican jungle from another angle. Once we reach the initial starting point, we'll say our goodbyes. Until next time!
