Estuvo bien. Silvia, Jana y los demás muy simpáticos. La demostración de vidrio interesante, pero en la exposición de después no había gran cosa. El restaurante de Torcello, normalito. No pidáis pescado. Burano muy mono. Lo mejor fue la vuelta con el barco porque pusieron música y nos reímos mucho, además de hacer fotos formidables del atardecer. It was good. Silvia, Jana, and the others were very friendly. The glass demonstration was interesting, but there wasn't much to see at the exhibition afterwards. Fue muy precipitado,no tuvimos tiempo para nada en ninguna de las islas, todo el tiempo corriendo, Torcello en invierno se puede quitar no hay nada, y tuvimos que comer a última hora corriendo en Burano pero dejamos de ver la actividad que venía contratada, era comer o ver Burano, 6 horas que para mí parecer se van todas en el camino, la organización podría estar algo mejor

It was very rushed; we didn't have time for anything on any of the islands. We were constantly running around. Torcello in winter is practically unusable; there's nothing there. And we had to eat lunch at the last minute in Burano, but we missed the activity we had booked. It was either eat or see Burano—six hours that, in my opinion, were all spent on the journey. The organization could be better.

La excursión está mal planteada. Dos horas en Murano, que no hay nada hacer. Media hora en Torcello, que no da ni tiempo a llegar a la Iglesia. En Burano, la mejor isla, solo cincuenta minutos. El inglés y español de la guia son bastante penosos. En si, no me parece una excursión buena, id por libre mejor.

The excursion is poorly planned. Two hours in Murano, where there's nothing to do. Half an hour in Torcello, which isn't even enough time to reach the church. Pagamos 30 euros y allí cuesta 20. La chica que nos recibe está exageradamente “feliz” El trayecto en barco fue una verdadera tortura (tenemos audios grabados), la megafonía estaba estropeada y había un ruido ensordecedor constante, tuvimos que ir toda la hora tapándonos los oídos porque era insoportable, nos quejamos al personal del barco y nos dice que no se puede hacer nada. Pésima organización y sin tiempo para almorzar.

We paid €30 when it costs €20 there. The girl who greeted us was ridiculously "happy." The boat trip was absolute torture (we have audio recordings), the PA system was broken and there was constant, deafening noise; we had to cover our ears the entire hour because it was unbearable. We complained to the boat staff and they said there was nothing they could do. Terrible organization and no time for lunch.

El punto de encuentro era mucho más adelante de donde dijeron. No se le entendía nada a la guía y cuando se le preguntaba daba explicaciones muy superficiales. El tiempo en las otras islas fue demasiado para lo poco que había que ver y demasiado poco para Burano que merecía más tiempo, en fin hay muchas cosas que mejorar.

The meeting point was much further ahead than they said. The guide was completely unintelligible, and when asked questions, her explanations were very superficial. Guia inexistente, no hablo para nada español, sin tiempo a nada, nos llevaban a los sitios que le daban comision, todo a correr, mas tiempo en el barco que visitando sitios. Decepcionante. Por libre comprando transporte de 25 euros todo el dia era mejor. Tendriamos mas tiempo para ver todo. La visita a torello sobra no hay nada solo restaurante para hacer caja.

The guide was nonexistent, I don't speak any Spanish, there was no time for anything, they took us to places that gave them a commission, everything was rushed, we spent more time on the boat than visiting sites. Disappointing. Going independently and buying a €25 all-day transport pass was better. We would have had more time to see everything. The visit to Torello is unnecessary; there's nothing there but a restaurant to make money.

No merece la pena. El acompañante era más bien el acompañante del capitán del barco en ningún momento estuvo atento a los excursionistas. Te paran en Torcello a comer en un restaurante que insisten demasiado lo cual es sospechoso con solo 45 minutos, no comio casi nadie así que perdimos una hora para ir a una isla sin interés se podía haber aprovechado en Murano o Burano. En el taller de Murano que vi bastante básico, la explicación solo en inglés e italiano.

It wasn't worth it. The guide was more like the captain's assistant and paid no attention to the other tourists. They stop in Torcello for lunch at a restaurant, which they insist on, which is suspicious considering we only had 45 minutes. Hardly anyone ate, so we wasted an hour going to an uninteresting island; we could have spent that time in Murano or Burano. The workshop I saw in Murano was quite basic, with explanations only in English and Italian.

No mucha explicación sobre cada isla. Cuando reservas se te dice que al regreso puedes bajarte en san marco o st Lucia sin importar donde te hayas subido, pero cuando regresábamos eso no se permitió y también ayer era un día muy frío y las puertas del barco estaban siempre abiertas cuando navegábamos haciendo que estar sentado en la parte de atrás fuera una heladera

When you book, they tell you that on the return trip you can get off at San Marco or St. Lucia regardless of where you boarded, but on our return trip that wasn't allowed. Also, yesterday was a very cold day and the boat doors were always open while we were sailing, making it freezing to sit in the back.

El tiempo no acompañó del todo, tuvimos un retraso de 1 hora en murano porque de repente hubo un cambio de barco. Hacia muchisimo frio a la vuelta dentro del barco y todos volvimos helados. La guia mezclaba español, italiano e ingles y era dificil entender las explicaciones. Si bien, creo que el precio esta bien, si puedes organizarlo por tu cuenta, mejor.

The weather wasn't great; we had a one-hour delay in Murano because there was a sudden boat change. It was freezing cold on the way back, and we all came back shivering. The guide mixed Spanish, Italian, and English, making it difficult to understand her explanations. However, I think the price is reasonable, but if you can arrange it yourself, even better.
