Zingaro Nature Reserve Tour
Description
At the time indicated, we'll pick you up from the meeting point you choose to head to the Zingaro Nature Reserve, the first in Sicily. Ready to travel to a paradise of turquoise water and hikes that lead to the sky?
The reserve is located between the towns of Scopello and San Vito Lo Capo. Upon arrival at our destination, we'll make a stop to buy food and drink before exploring the area. Then, we'll hand out maps with routes and give you some advice to make the most out of your visit.
From this moment onwards, you'll have 4 hours free to explore Zingaro Nature Reserve. We recommend exploring the routes along the coast, in particular the main route, which is 7 km (4.4 miles) long. Then, you can enter a tunnel and, after 20 minutes of walking, you'll arrive at Cala Capreria. Here, you can relax and take a dip in the crystal-clear water.
Other beaches nearby are Tonnarella dell’Uzzo, Marinella, Berretta and Disa. Bring your snorkel equipment with you to check out the incredible seabed! As well as the coves, there is also a forest of centenary holm oaks and an abandoned town.
Finally, it will be time to return to the meeting point in Alcamo or Castellamare del Golfo, where we'll say our goodbyes after a 5-hour day.
