Adamow Winery Tour
Our day will start by heading to the trout hatchery in Río Negro. Here, you'll learn about the breeding process of this fish and taste an exquisite trout pâté, a local specialty that will prepare our taste buds for what's to come.
The next top we'll make will be at Cabaña Mico, where a wide variety of fruit is harvested. We'll step into the farm to see the ingredients that play a crucial role in the region's culinary tradition.
Then, the experience will reach its peak with a visit to the Adamow boutique winery, located at Lake Puelo, where we'll be greeted by its owners. We'll embark on a guided tour that will start by learning the family's history and the secrets of wine production. You'll witness the wine elaboration process until we reach the room where we'll take part in a tasting.
You'll taste Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc wines served with a board of pickled food and two meat empanadas. As you savor each glass on this flavorful journey, feel like part of the family at this cozy site. Cheers!

If you love wines as much as sweets, this option is perfect for you. With this option, we'll first visit the Adamow Winery just like the previously described tour.
Our next stop? The Jauja ice cream factory, known for its high-quality artisanal ice cream. Here, you'll be welcomed with a banquet of sweet aromas and flavors. You'll become an expert ice cream taster of the factory's wide variety of freshly made ice cream, crafted with Patagonian ingredients. What an exquisite experience!
