After approximately 45 minutes of traveling, we'll reach these prehistoric caves with over 37,000 years of history. Located in the town of Espluga de Francolí in Tarragona, these caves perfectly show how different communities lived in this site thousands of years ago.
Did you know this is one of the most important landmarks in Catalan archeology, and that the latest discovery was made in 2019? We'll explore this incredible Paleolithic sanctuary and share all the details about its construction, the lives of its inhabitants, and how humanity evolved from this period to the Iberian world.
After a guided tour of 1 hour and 15 minutes of the Coves of l'Espluga de Francolí, we'll return to the minibus and take you back to your hotel, where we'll say goodbye 3 hours after pickup.
