Description
The historic center of Copenhagen, originally a Viking fishing village, is home to an important set of historical sites which you can admire all from the carriage of the comfortable tourist train.
The tour starts at Nytorv Square and makes its way around the main historic city center. Strøget street is one of the longest pedestrianized streets in the world. From there, you'll then tour the medieval quarter of the city, famous for its architecture and full of fascinating history. You'll see sculptures of Nordic mythology such as magnificent dragons and scary serpents.
Throughout the 30-minute journey, you'll have access to recorded commentary in English which will allow you to learn all about the monuments of the Danish capital. You'll discover the main places of interest around the city, such as the Round Tower, the Cathedral of Copenhagen, and the City Hall Square.

Schedule & frequency
The train departs every 45 minutes from the centrally located Nytorv Square.
By presenting your reservation voucher you can access the tourist train whenever you want within the following schedule:
- May 5 to June 15: Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 am to 4 pm
- June 16 to August 31: every day from 10:30 am to 4 pm
