Stirling Castle, Loch Lomond & The Kelpies
At 8:30 am we'll meet on the central High Street in Edinburgh. Our bus will set off from this spot at 8:45 am and take us towards Balmaha, a small coastal town on the shores of Loch Lomond.
We'll go for a walk through the woods of the Trossachs National Park to admire the landscape and marvel at the summit of the Ben Lomond on the horizon - one of the most iconic mountains in the Highlands.
You'll have around 1 hour of free time for lunch in Balmaha. Afterwards, we'll head to the historic town of Stirling, which is closely linked to Scotland's history.
Then we'll continue our trip to the Kelpies. These giant horse heads, which are 30 metres in high, are the work of Scottish artist Andy Scott. His sculptures are closely linked to the legends and myths of Scotland. We'll tell you some of them on the tour!
Having spent the day surrounded by Scottish legends of warriors, kings, princesses and mythological beings, we'll return to Edinburgh. We'll drop you off at Waterloo Place at 5:30 pm.
