Toledo Day Trip + Tickets
Day Trips Details
We'll meet at the designated time at Calle San Nicolás, number 15. From this central location in Madrid, next to the Royal Palace, we'll depart by bus for Toledo, a true monumental gem located 43 mi (70 km) south of the Spanish capital. Before arriving, we'll make a stop for coffee.
Upon arrival, we'll embark on a guided walking tour to explore Toledo's more than 2000 years of history. We will discover the coexistence of Jews, Christians, and Muslims in the so-called City of Three Cultures and observe how this past influenced Toledo's architectural style.
Walking through Toledo's cobbled and steep streets, we will admire iconic buildings and landmarks such as Plaza de Zocodover and the Alcázar.
Depending on the tour option you choose, we will visit the interior of the 13th-century Toledo Cathedral or the Iglesia de Santo Tomé. Here, we can admire one of El Greco's most famous works, The Burial of the Count of Orgaz. Additionally, depending on the option selected, we may also have access to the interior of the Santa María la Blanca Synagogue or the Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes.
