- The ticket is valid for one day. Regardless of when you first use the ticket, it will be valid until the end of that same day. You can hop on and off the boat as many times as you wish within that day.
- If you cannot make it on the day you had originally booked, or you'd prefer to use the New York Water Taxi on a different day, don't worry; the ticket can be used on one of the 7 days following the original reserved date.
- It is possible that there is high tide due to weather conditions, and in that case, the entire route may not be completed.
