San Francisco Ghost Tour
Tour Details
We'll meet at Union Square, and from there, we'll kick off this eerie tour of the most mysterious true crime stories of San Francisco. Ready to discover the city's ghosts of the past?
Our first stop will be the 450 Sutter Building, known as the "Temple of Doom." Built in 1929, its Neo-Mayan architecture hides an overwhelming atmosphere and ghostly presences. A few minutes away, on California Street, we'll hear the tragic history of the Wandering Bride, a ghost who, according to legend, wanders around the area searching for her lost husband.
We'll continue our tour toward the prestigious neighborhood of Nob Hill, a place filled with stories of peculiar figures and unexpected disasters. We'll stop at the historic Fairmont Hotel, an elegant building that, after the devastating 1906 San Francisco earthquake, gained a reputation for being “cursed” due to the many accidents and apparitions that have been reported. Afterward, we'll reach the Pacific Union Club, where we'll learn about the history of a concierge who witnessed the presence of a ghost in this old mansion. We'll also stroll around Huntington Park, where paranormal phenomena have been reported at nightfall.
Our next stop will be at the Dennis T. Sullivan Memorial, a homage to the heroic fire chief who sacrificed himself during the earthquake of 1906. It's said his spirit wanders the area! Lastly, we'll head to the Beacon Grand Hotel, a luxurious building from 1928 that, despite its history, has been involved in numerous paranormal encounters following a tragic fall at its facilities.
After 1.5 spooky hours, we'll conclude this tour at the tour begins, we'll conclude at the Beacon Grand A Union Square Hotel.
