With this panoramic tour, you will enjoy the best views of the Swedish capital. Leaving from the city centre, we set off to discover the history of Stockholm and some of its most interesting locations.
The trip around the city includes a visit to the royal island of Djurgården to discover the museums, gardens, and forests that fill this parkland area. Then we head back west, passing the Stockholm Town Hall before enjoying the impressive views of the Riddarfjärden bay that surrounds the city centre.
The tour continues onto the island of Södermalm, where you will find the Högalid Church and the Söder Tower among the assembly of 19th and 20th century buildings. Did you know that the island is one of the main settings for Stieg Larrson’s Millennium trilogy? For the last two decades, Södermalm is one of the most fashionable neighbourhoods in Stockholm.
On route to Gamla Stan, the old town of Stockholm, we will pass the Katarina Elevator, an amazing viewpoint that links the docks to the elevated areas of the city. Before returning to the starting point, we will admire the royal palace of Stockholm on this island of cobbled streets.
