The Legend of Kung Fu is a show where you can see the discipline, power, and values which has defined the Shaolin monks for more than 1,500 years.
The Legend of Kung Fu Show
You'll enjoy a show in the Beijing Red Theatre, found near the Temple of Heaven, where the show has taken place since 2004.
The 1 hour 10 minute show, fuses Kung Fu, dance, and acrobatics with traditional martial arts. The result, of course, is unique and spectacular in equal measure!
The performers have been through a rigorous countrywide selection process, and have an average age of 17 years old. And the stage dressing and special effects have also been created by the very best designers in China.
The Legend of Kung Fu tells the story of a baby who was found abandoned near an old temple. Just like many of the children in China, he dreamt of becoming a Kung Fu master, although the path leading him to this dream would be filled with difficulty and temptation...
