Italian Cooking Class + Lunch
Activity Details
At the indicated time, we'll meet at Piazza di San Lorenzo. Ready to learn how to cook a complete Tuscan menu?
Once we're all ready, we'll head to the Central Market of Florence, where, as well as learning about the history of Italian cuisine, we'll pass by the different market stalls in search of the freshest ingredients.
This market is one of the best and most frequented by the city's top chefs, making it a safe bet for the highest quality produce. Once we've bought everything, we'll head to the kitchens to start cooking.
We'll get down to work and prepare a typical Tuscan menu consisting of 4 courses: a starter, a fresh handmade pasta dish, a main course of meat and, of course, a delicious dessert. The menu will always be seasonal, so it will change depending on the ingredients we find in the market.
After discovering all the secrets of Italian gastronomy and the tricks of the trade, we'll sit down at the table and enjoy our dishes. Bon appétit! We'll accompany this meal with a Tuscan wine.
5 hours later, after enjoying our delicious creations, we'll say our goodbyes and bring the activity to an end.
