Private Cusco Cocoa Farm Tour

Description

We'll pick you up from your hotel at the designated time and set off for Huayopata in the jungle of Cusco. After a four-hour journey, we'll arrive at the Julia Guerra y José family farm, where our tour will begin.

First of all, we'll go on a guided tour of the farm to learn about all the products they grow there, particularly cocoa. We'll explore the cocoa plantations and find out all about how it's cultivated.

Afterwards, we'll enjoy a traditional meal that will include a starter and a main course. With your batteries recharged, we'll get to see how the cocoa is roasted until it turns into a paste. We'll even get to help out in the process!

Lastly, we'll get to try the ground cocoa for ourselves, along with some other local products such as fruits and peppers.

At the end of the tour, we'll make our way back to the starting point, arriving after a total of 14.5 hours.
