    The accommodations were excessively cold, from freezing to freezing. At the first one, we asked for a heater, as indicated on the voucher, and were told they didn't exist. On the last day's tour, instead of seeing Laguna Verde as indicated in the itinerary, we spent that time taking two tourists to the Chilean border. Otherwise, Reynaldo, the guide, was a very good guide.
