A fantastic activity. The location is incredible, the boat is super comfortable, and the staff is very knowledgeable and makes the tour enjoyable. The boat trip through the Arachanes area could be a bit longer. This is a must-do if you come to Bariloche.

Bariloche is known worldwide for being the heart of Andean Patagonia and for its Alpine-style architecture, which has earned it the nickname "Little Switzerland of Argentina.” It is also famous for being home to Cerro Catedral, the largest ski resort in the southern hemisphere, and for its incredible artisanal chocolate production, considered the best in the country.

What should I not miss in Bariloche?

Cerro Campanario, Victoria Island, Arrayanes Forest, seeing the ancient ice of the Black Glacier on Cerro Tronador, and, of course, enjoying a hot chocolate on Mitre Street.

Even in summer, it gets cool at night. Wearing layers is essential. Always bring a windbreaker or raincoat, comfortable shoes, and sunscreen, as the mountain sun is very strong.

What to see in Bariloche in 3 days?

If you don't have much time, we recommend taking the Circuito Chico tour, climbing Cerro Campanario, and visiting the iconic Hotel Llao Llao on the first day. On the second day, you can sail across Lake Nahuel Huapi to Victoria Island and the Arrayanes Forest. Finally, we recommend spending the third day in the high mountains visiting Cerro Tronador or, if you visit during winter, enjoying the snow at Cerro Catedral.
